Shipping Policy

The following information is in regards to our Shipping and Returns policies. By making a purchase you agree to comply with these terms. Please note that all shipping timeframes below are estimates and that actual shipping times may vary depending on Royal Mail / any other shipping company responsible for delivering your package. We will always provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your package at all times. Any additional costs incurred once the item arrives at its destination, including but not limited to customs taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY

Rasha Swais uses the Royal Mail for all of its delivery services. This cost will be included in the total price once a destination has been selected. This cost will vary between domestic and international destinations. In each case it will be sent by recorded delivery and you will be provided with a tracking number. All purchases will be displaced after they are made, as all Rasha Swais pieces are hand made and made to order. Please allow up to a week for delivery. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched along with a tracking number.

EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS

Rasha Swais offers a returns and exchanges on purchases. This option gives people 7 days to exchange or return a purchase. Once the item has been returned, it will be inspected to make sure it has not been worn or damaged. If the return or exchange is accepted, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours or an exchange note will be issued. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any worn or damaged items. In this case, it will be sent back and you will not be entitled to our refund/exchange policy. Please send the item/s back as soon as possible, if an exchange or refund is necessary. Customers are advised to keep a record of proof of postage, as Rasha Swais cannot be held responsible for any packages that are not received. In the event of an exchange or refund, please email rashaswais@gmail.com stating whether you require an exchange or refund, order number and in addition, a brief explanation. Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
